How do the doctors keep up to date on all
of the current techniques and materials?
Both general dentists have taken hundreds of hours of continuing education
courses in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Dr. Radz completed two
post-graduate residency programs: the Advanced Education in General
Dentistry program at the University of North Carolina and the General
Practice Residence program at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical
Center in Chicago. Both dentists are very active in several dental
associations.

Can you show me what my smile can look like
ahead of time with imaging software?
Of course we can. Most patients like to see what they'll look like
after dental treatment. We will feed your current smile into the computer
imaging system, and then electronically we work on your bite, alignment,
shade of teeth and much more. Once we're done, we have a good facsimile
of what your smile will look like after your proposed dental treatment.
We'll even let you take home a copy to discuss the results with family
members and friends.

Do you accept referrals?
Yes we do. To us, referring a family member or friend to our dental
practice is the highest compliment you can give us. Thank you! We always
look forward to providing the same excellent care and service to people
you know.

What do I do if I have an emergency when the
office is closed?
Just call us and follow the prompts for dialing the emergency number.
Among the three of us, one will be on-call and available to serve you
anytime, day or night. We understand emergencies can happen, and we
are here to take care of you when you need help.

What payment options do you provide?
Your best bet is to speak with a member of our administrative staff
in person. Generally, we accept most types of dental insurance. If
you are able to pay for dental treatment in full, you'll receive a
cash-courtesy discount. We also accept most credit cards. Otherwise,
we offer a few dental payments plans with low- or no-interest.

How can I ask the doctor questions directly?
Just click on "Email Us" and one of the doctors will answer your
email personally. Of course, we're always available by phone or in
person. Feel free to ask us a dental question anytime.

How can I safely whiten my teeth?
Most whitening methods are considered safe today, especially if performed
under the supervision of a dentist. We offer a variety for you to choose
from; everything from a one-hour, very dramatic, in-office procedure
to an at-home version that works more gradually, taking about two weeks.
The results are about the same. Some of our clients are very busy and
want to go back to work with a gleaming smile, while others have more
time available to them.
One telltale sign it's a good time for you to whiten your teeth is
if you're embarrassed to smile because of your teeth coloration. Yellowish
teeth are the result of years of coffee or tea drinking, and/or smoking.
Greenish teeth are usually the result of tetracycline exposure as a
child. If that's the case, there is no reason to suffer any more embarrassment
because of the shade of your teeth. There is an easy and efficient
way to whiten your teeth---up to nine shades lighter. Try it.

What makes you different than any other dental
practice I can visit?
Most of our patients work or live in downtown Denver and they appreciate
the convenient location of our practice. We certainly provide most
general dentistry procedures such as fillings and cleanings, but we're
especially known for our cosmetic dentistry procedures. The three of
us combined have an enormous amount of expertise available to you.
Sure, we've taken years of advanced continuing education courses in
cosmetic dentistry, and we're constantly taking more classes and courses
to learn more because the field is rapidly changing every day. But
our patients speak for themselves. They are the ones who can tell you
how satisfied they are with their new smiles, how much their self-esteem
has been lifted because they're no longer afraid to smile or are no
longer putting a hand over their mouth to cover an impulsive smile.
We think they're the ones who could convince you better than we ever
could.

Crowns, veneers, onlays, inlays and partials.Where
can I learn more about these procedures?
Since you're so adept at navigating our website, we suggest you visit
the American Dental Association's website at www.ada.org, where you
can find out a great deal about these procedures and many more. You
may also talk to us about them and we'd be happy to show you detailed
videotapes or computer programs on these procedures or any others.
We love talking about the latest dental procedures with our patients.
Just ask!

I want my front teeth to look better, but
I don't want to wear braces. What would you recommend?
If you haven't been to the dentist in a while, you're probably in
for a few pleasant surprises. Braces aren't the only cure for crooked
teeth anymore, especially for adults. For many adult patients, porcelain
veneers can do wonders. The placement of porcelain veneers is a procedure
that might take only two or three visits with instantaneous results,
versus braces, which might take about two years to provide comparable
results. However, we can also talk to you about Invisalign, a new orthodontic
system that is virtually invisible. Call us for an appointment, and
we'd be happy to explain more.
